Campaign & Marketing Operations

At Amniscient, I own the full marketing operations function, overseeing $1M+ in annual budgets and driving campaigns from brief to close. I implemented structured workflows in Jira, Confluence, and HubSpot that standardized timelines, creative reviews, and KPI tracking across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering. I also overhauled the CRM from the ground up, which increased leads and engagement by 18% and gave the sales team a pipeline they could actually work from.

Trade Shows & Industry Events

Trade shows are my wheelhouse. I've coordinated dozens of them end to end, from initial ROI analysis and audience research, to booth design (10x10 up to 30x30), swag procurement, AV/IT setup, shipping, logistics, and staffing. I don't just manage the show from the back office; I'm on the floor selling.

At Amniscient, I lead end-to-end event strategy across all major industry trade shows, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure every activation lands on time, on brand, and on budget.

Press & Media Relations

I've managed full press cycles, from product discovery and drafting press releases, to pitching media contacts, scheduling executive interviews, and coordinating press conferences. That includes reviewing presentation decks, preparing media kits, sourcing step-and-repeat backdrops, and making sure the right AV is in the room and working before anyone walks in.
